This page lists FPL activities that have an approved implementation phase as well as any proposed implementation funding approvals for Gulfwide activities. The sponsor of the activity is specified in the activity name.
Gulfwide- Proposed Activities
- The draft 2026 FPL includes a proposed funding increase for Gulf Coast Conservation Reserve Program (Initial FPL, FPL 3b). The U.S. The Department of Agriculture, the sponsor of this program, has advised the Council that the additional activities proposed for 2026 funding are covered by the environmental compliance documentation used for the Council’s earlier approvals in FPL 3 and the Initial FPL.
- The draft 2026 FPL also includes proposed funding increase for Tribal Youth Coastal Restoration Program, Boundary Expansion. The U.S. Department of Interior, the sponsor of this program, has advised the Council that the additional activities proposed for 2026 funding are covered by the environmental compliance documentation used for the Council’s earlier approvals in FPL 3 and a subsequent amendment.
