Council Executive Director Recommends Approval of Alabama State Expenditure Plan

On February 28, 2019, the Council’s Executive Director provided a recommendation memo to the Council Chair, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), to approve the Alabama State Expenditure Plan (SEP). This SEP, if approved by the Council Chair, would provide $132,355,952 in Spill Impact Component funding for 29 projects to restore the environment and economy of the Alabama Gulf coast.
