Public Comment Period- City of Fairhope SSO Mitigation Project FPL Amendment

The Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council (Council) is seeking public comment on a proposal to approve funding for an ecosystem restoration activity located in Alabama. Specifically, the Council is proposing to vote on whether to approve $820,100 in implementation funding for the City of Fairhope Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) Mitigation Project. This proposed project is part of the Coastal Alabama Regional Water Quality Program, which was included in the Council’s Funded Priorities List 3b (FPL 3b).
